Once you make the purchase YOU MUST put the software number you need along with your VIN in the "Note to seller" field during checkout, or message us right after your purchase with this information.
If you do not supply this information the module will be sent as is and your mechanic will need to perform the programming.
With our free VIN programming these ECMs are plug and play, especially if your truck does not have the factory Sentry Key. If your truck has a Sentry Key, consult with your mechanic.

Software numbers are shown at their current revision. Earlier revisions of the same number supersede to the one listed. The 6.7L Cummins was introduced partway through 2007, so 2007 trucks with the 6.7L are 2007.5 models; 2007 trucks with the 5.9L are not covered by this ECM. If you are unsure which row is yours, check with your mechanic or send us your VIN and we will look it up for you.

Programming / PATS Security
For Plug and Play you must do the following three steps:
Step 1: Match your part number per above fitment/interchange notes
Step 2: Program ecu to your VIN. We provide free programming for our customers. During checkout you must list your VIN and mileage in the "Notes to Seller" for us to program the ECM. If we do not hear from you through the order notes or a message through eBay we will assume your mechanic is performing the programming (no problem at all) and we will ship the ECM out the next business day as directed by eBay.
Step 3: If your truck has the factory Sentry Key, consult with your mechanic about programming the security key after the ECM is installed.
Warranty / Optional Core Return
This ECM comes with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your purchase record which we will send with your item.
Optional Core Program: You do not need to ship your core back but if you do the $100 shipping will be refunded. We will include a prepaid return label with your order.
