- Not all issues with your digital climate control can be repaired. We can repair the common issues listed below. Please contact us before purchasing the service so we can make sure your issue can be repaired.

- You need to run the self test on your EATC to make sure your control can be repaired. You cannot have a 1342 on the self test as this in unrepairable. Please contact us withy our self test results and we can let you know if your control can possibly be repaired or if a replacement is necessary.

Warranty
- This repair carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty!
- You will receive a detail of the repairs that took place. Those repairs are covered for Life! You may also receive install notes detailing what you may need to repair or verify good prior to installing the repaired climate control. If it is determined those repairs did not take place and the same component(s) are blown it will not be covered under the warranty. In all cases where there is an issue, rest assured we will work with you to get your vehicle up and running.

- You are responsible for shipping the climate control to us. We offer two return shipping options. During checkout you will be able to choose one of the following:
- USPS Priority - 2 to 3 day shipping (This is included with the listed shipping cost)
- Due to eBay's strict shipping policies we list a 15 day handling period. We anticipate your climate control arriving much sooner and when it does we will repair it the same or next business day. Once repaired the climate control will ship by the next business morning.
