There are multiple part numbers for these units. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
• 05-07 Dodge Caravan or Grand Caravan models with the same part number.
• You will need to swap some fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install. Fuse box will require a hard reboot install to marry to your vehicle. This does not require any tools or scan tool and can be looked up online.

Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Fuse box opened and interior board shows no corrosion or corrosion has been cleared
• All traces good or repaired as necessary
• Low beams, high beams, Rear wash motor, Park lamps, Horn relay, Fog lamps and communication all tested!
• Circuit board relays test good or have been replaced
• Any broken or corroded pins have been replaced or repaired
• Lid may or may not be included but you can swap your lid onto this unit easily. Unit has some chipped plastic that will not affect function.
