There are multiple part numbers and they do not interchange. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment
• 2005 and 2006 5.3 or 6.0 Trailblazer or Envoy models with the same part number.
• You will need to swap fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
• This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase.

Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Fuse box opened. All traces are good or have been repaired!
• No broken, corroded or missing pins.
• One mounting pin is missing however the other three will hold this unit in place. There is some lid chipped plastic as pictured but the lid does stay on the unit.

This Fuse box carries a 3 Month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your sales record which we will send with your order. CORE: The $50 shipping cost is your core charge. We'll include a label for you to ship your core back to us and then that charge will be refunded.
