15883323 10398568 15125145 15112974 15202853 - You will have one of these part numbers with DDM 4DR underneath it - 4 Door - No Power Door Mirrors - No Power Pedal. Condition: Switches do show used part wear as pictured. There will be some scratches and fade and we did picture a couple switches to give you an idea of the condition.

Switch will fit the following models:
2003 to 2006 Chevy GMC and GM Trucks and SUV's with exact part number matches per the above part number interchange list!

Switch has been refurbished and tested by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Switch is tested for communication / Inputs (if applicable per switch type): 4 door switch positions, window lock out, door lock, Pwr mirror left right up down, door key switch / Outputs (if applicable per switch type): Door lock motor, switch leds, mirror heater, Mirror position motor.
• Internal failure points that cause the switch to fail or become intermittent have been refurbished.

This switch carries a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your sales record which we will send with your order. If you would like to send your core in for a $10 partial refund we will send a prepaid return label for the item. Please do not send in units with broken buttons, those cannot be rebuilt.
