NOTE: The top mount is cracked but you should be able to slide it off and use your original. One side mounting peg is damaged slightly. Neither of these should prevent a good install but make sure to review all pictures and be sure you are comfortable with this prior to purchasing.

There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
• 2002 to 2005 Dodge Ram truck models with the same part number.
• You will need to swap a few fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
• This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase. Make sure to install with the battery unhooked.

Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
• Fuse box opened and internal relays were tested good
• All traces good or repaired as necessary
• No circuit board dead spots from moisture intrusion
• No broken or corroded pins
• Internal power bar tested good
• Connector pigtails are NOT included
• Rear module is included
• Lid is NOT included.
