Fitment
- There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
- 2002 to 2005 Dodge Ram truck models with the same part number
- You will need to swap a few fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
- This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase. Make sure to install with the battery unhooked.
Tech Notes
- Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
- Fuse box opened and internal relays were tested good
- All traces good or repaired as necessary
- Circuit board dead spots from moisture intrusion have been refurbished
- No broken or corroded pins
- Internal power bar tested good
- Connector pigtails are NOT included
- Rear module is NOT included but you can swap yours from the original fuse box
- Lid is included
- NOTE: Three of Four mounting points are missing so you may need some zip ties to hold this box in place. Review pictures and do not purchase if you are uncomfortable with this! You should be able to remove the side mount from your box and slide it onto this unit. Again, review pictures prior to purchase.

- This Fuse box carries a 3 Month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your sales record which we will send with your order.
