Fitment
There are multiple styles and internal board layouts. You must match your part number to ensure proper fitment.
- 2002 to 2005 Dodge Ram truck models with the same part number.
- You will need to swap all fuses and relays as necessary from your fuse box into this unit prior to install.
- This fuse box may require programming to work with your vehicle. Please verify if unsure prior to purchase.

- Fuse Box has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics techs! Some of those tests/repairs are listed below:
- Fuse box opened and internal relays were tested good
- All traces good or repaired as necessary
- No circuit board dead spots from moisture intrusion
- No broken or corroded pins
- Internal power bar tested good
- Connector pigtails included

- ***NOTE: Three mounting points are missing so you will probably need some help via zip ties to mount this unit. Review pictures prior to purchase. The case had previously been cracked but has been repaired. The internal circuit board is good.***
