4C34-18C612-AA - You must match this! Ford made multiple versions, digital and non-digital and they do not interchange.

Will fit the following vehicles with the digital climate control option.
• 2002 to 2005 F-Series Heavy Duty trucks F-250 F-350 F-450 with the digital climate control option and matching part number. Does not interchange with manual units. They made more than one version so please match your part number and faceplate button set-up.

Climate Control has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics repair techs! Some of those are listed below:
• Display powers up as it should.
• All buttons function as they should, no broken plastic.
• LED illumination verified good.

• Faceplate and lens does show some minor used part wear as pictured.
• Mounting tabs are good
