Fitment/Interchange
- You must match your part number exactly as seen above. If any numbers are off compared to your original it will not work properly.
- **NOTE: You must repair the wiring harness where it is bundled together near the connector. It is a common issue that the wiring wears against each other, gets exposed and then pops the FICM.**
- FICM will fit 2001 and 2004.5 Chevy Duramax Diesel 6.6L models with an exact part number match. May fit 01-03 models but you must have a part # match.

- Common failures with this style FICM have been repaired
- FICM powered up and has communication!
Install Notes
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Make sure the battery connector is not touching the battery post.
- Disconnect and remove the module to be replaced.
- Install and connect the replacement module.
- Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
Item Condition
Pins perfect, none are broken or bent. Lock tabs in place.
Warranty / Optional Core Return
This FICM comes with a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your purchase record which we will send with your item.
If you would like to send your FICM back for a $40 core refund please let us know during checkout and we will include a prepaid return label with your purchase. Once the core returns we will issue your partial refund promptly. Please do not send cores in that are missing the black plug or smell like burnt rubber. In those conditions they aren't likely repairable. This is optional and you are not obligated to participate.
