Fitment
- Will fit the following vehicles with the same part number:
- 2004 and 2005 F-Series trucks with the digital climate control option and matching part number. They made versions with heated seats and without heated seats. Make sure to match your part number. Does not interchange with manual units.

- Climate Control has been tested and/or repaired by our experienced electronics repair techs! Some of those are listed below:
- Control has communication and power
- Fan realy control is good
- Blend door actuator control tested good
- Recirculation door actuator control tested good
- Mode door actuator control tested good
- All buttons function as they should, no broken plastic
- LED illumination verified good.
- Unit did pass self test - NO 1342!
Item Condition
- Faceplate is in good shape however the display lens has some light wear/scratches/spotting as pictured
- Mounting tabs are good, but one of them has been bent some. This will not effect installation.

- This climate control comes with a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep a copy of your purchase record which we will send with your item.
- 90 day warranty on the controller functions
